Eligibility for Admission

Admission to the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma.) program at CS Jain College of Pharmacy is open to candidates who meet the following criteria:

Candidates must have passed the following examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics:

10+2 Examination in Science subjects (Academic stream)
Pre-degree Examination
Intermediate Examination in Science
The first year of the three-year degree course in Science
Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (P.C.I.) as equivalent

Candidates applying for admission to the D.Pharma. program need to submit the following documents:

Application Form: Completed and signed application form.
Academic Certificates:
- 10+2 Mark Sheet or equivalent examination certificate
- Pre-degree/Intermediate/First year of three-year degree course mark sheets, if applicable
Proof of Date of Birth: Birth certificate or 10th standard mark sheet or equivalent certificate showing the date of birth.
Transfer Certificate: Issued by the last institution attended.
Conduct Certificate: Issued by the last institution attended.
Caste Certificate: (If applicable) for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
Domicile Certificate: (If applicable) as proof of residence.
Passport-sized Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs as specified by the college.
Migration Certificate: (If applicable) for candidates coming from a different board/university.
